Have you ever needed to know if a friend or girfriend is hiding behind invisibility in Yahoo messenger? There is nothing more annoying then people that avoid you and you do not even know that they are doing it.

Surfing around I stumbled upon an interestig solution to that. It’s strange enough an iranian site, but it’s in english. just the Advertising is in iranian. The service is provided by Siavash Mahmoudian, a pretty slick programmer- at least from the projects I saw he created.

The usage is simple, just put the id of your friend in and press search. But be warned, they state that they CAN use the yahoo id that you type for promoting their website. So read first their FAQ , maybe there is something you do not agree.

There is another nice feature. A display image catcher to get the image of the avatar of your friend. Pretty useful.
